Method
Pork Chops with Mr Wolf’s Pink Pecker Spice
- Pour 1 tblsp of olive oil and 1 heaped Tsp of Mr Wolf’s Pink Pecker Spice into bowl/cup and mix thoroughly.
- Place the Pork chops in a Freezer/sandwich bag, pour marinade into bag and rub into chops.
- Let sit overnight in the fridge or for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
- When ready to cook chops, heat Frying pan, add garlic clove and a small slice/cube of butter to pan.
- Fry chops until nicely burnt on the outside and just cooked through on the inside.
- Plate and pour butter/garlic/pink pecker sauce over chops.
- Add a light sprinkle of Mr Wolf’s Pink Pecker Spice as you would Pepper (optional).
Cheese Mushroom With Mr Wolf’s Pink Pecker Spice
- Turn mushroom on it’s back and sprinkle on grated cheddar Cheese
- Sprinkle 1/2 a tsp of Mr Wolf’s Pink Pecker Spice over Mushroom with cheese
- Place Mushroom onto baking tray and place in 200 Degree preheated oven for 25-30 mins
